Fueled by Owner Jason Walters’ passion for design and the built environment, what was once a hobby has become a thriving, high-end custom building company. For more than a decade, Stylecraft Homes has offered clients a collaborative, tailored approach to delivering one-of-a-kind homes. While our projects are equal to if not better than those of larger companies, we never want to lose the ability to provide personalized service and a high-quality product. This will be the space where you live your life, and we believe in caring about it as much as you do. We’re small, and we like it that way.
OUR APPORACH
Stylecraft Homes serves the Greater St. Louis area, with projects ranging from Redbud, IL to Wildwood, MO and all points in between. Central to our business model is a commitment to solid building practices, energy efficiency and uncompromising design. We believe in adding value throughout the process, from using the finest materials and exquisite craftsmanship to applying green building principles whenever possible, regardless of whether LEED-certification is being sought.
Our services include property acquisition, design (including the early stages), renovation and new construction.
OUR TEAM
Just as we believe in creating a partnership with home owners, we know that our success and their happiness depend heavily on the strength of our Stylecraft team. As a small group of master carpenters who have worked together for years, we share a common eye for design and deep construction knowledge, and we are very selective about our extended team of architects and subcontractors. This consistency has allowed us to continually hone our communications and build trust with each other and the clients we serve. We’re also able to maintain opportunities for customization and streamline the schedule by self-performing most of the finish work, which promotes cost-effectiveness and greater ease of decision-making.
