This newly constructed spec home replaced a smaller single-family residence on tight, sloped space. Given the challenging lot conditions, the team manipulated the land for the egress windows. In addition to successfully navigating the exterior needs, Stylecraft used creativity and attention to detail in the carpentry and wainscoting on the stairs. The team also sourced beautiful reclaimed Missouri Fur for the fireplace mantle and hearth. Sustainable features include a split-system heat pump.
