Originally designed as a spec home, this new single family residence offered an excellent opportunity for Stylecraft to influence its design from start to finish, including the custom masonry exposed tapered chimney which features a mortar smear to “age” it. A large house on a tight lot meant limited staging and delivery areas, which posed a logistical challenge that the team tackled successfully. While not formally LEED-certified, the construction process incorporated many sustainable building practices. Key attributes of the design include an open floor plan, second floor laundry, two master bedrooms, a second floor loft, a masonry fireplace and a 60” fridge/freezer.
